About David

I joined Harris Lieberman Solicitors in 1997, starting as a Solicitor and moving to a Director in 1998. I work principally in the areas of Commercial Law and Employment Law.

In Commercial Law I act for quite a lot of substantial property developers and clients who have large property portfolios. In employment law I undertake a lot of unfair dismissal work.

In the Commercial Law space, what my clients generally want is for me to work to a short time frame and get the right result in that time frame. One of my jobs is to manage that risk whether it be from a client's perspective or from a vendor/purchaser's perspective.

In the employment law area, my clients generally require assistance for unfair dismissal. I act for both employees and employers. It's the most contentious work that I undertake.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Albury Chamber of Commerce and Business Wodonga, and have previously served on the board of Albury Business Connect, including the chairman position for 2 years.
