Supporting the local community is very important to Harris Lieberman, and has been
since we opened for business in the late 1800s.
As a local business whose clients and staff live and work in Albury, Wodonga and
surrounding areas, we see ourselves as part of the local community, not separate
to it, so we take our community involvement very seriously.
We currently sponsor twelve local organisations, and our partners and staff are
involved in a diverse range of community activities. For example, we sponsor the
Mitta Muster, Border District Show Jumping Club, Latipsoh Day, Tallangatta Fifties
Festival, Tallangatta Secondary College, Brocklesby-Burrumbuttock Football Club
and participate in local events and clubs such as Rotary.
Pro bono work is another element of our community involvement. We assist a number
of local organizations, including the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, Hume Football League
and Montesori Kindergarten on a voluntary basis.
Individuals within the firm also enthusiastically support the local community.
